Kolors RE Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course And Career Pathways

Kolors RE is a Minnesota state-approved real estate pre-licensing school and ETPL/WIOA-approved workforce training provider based in Saint Paul's Rondo corridor. Through our Identity-Driven Pathway Building framework (Discover, Map, Build, Enter, Grow), participants complete the coursework required to sit for the Minnesota real estate salesperson licensing exam — and graduate with a credential that opens W-2 career pathways well beyond traditional agent roles, including property management, corporate real estate, housing authorities, community development corporations, and title companies. The program is approved for WIOA funding, making it accessible at no cost to eligible Ramsey County residents through workforce partners like CareerForce, Goodwill, and Avivo.

Prerequisites: Open enrollment — no prior real estate or industry experience required. Participants must be 18 or older to sit for the Minnesota real estate licensing exam upon completing the course.

Cost: Free for WIOA-eligible Ramsey County residents — full tuition covered through workforce sponsorship.
