- Introduction to Medical Assembly and Microelectronics careers

- Microelectronics Assembler coursework through Century College
- Job readiness skills like resume building and interviewing

- Coaching and mentoring from employer partners Medtronic and Seagate Technology
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office
- Hands-on microscope and wafer handling practice
- Preparation to meet employer partner hiring requirements
Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years of age
- Household income is at or below 200% poverty income level
- Solid reading and communication skills
Important details
- Start date: Monday, November 17, 2025
- End date: Thursday, December 18, 2025
- Monday - Thursday from 10am - 4pm
- 4 days/week for 5 weeks
Next steps:
1. Complete and submit HIRED’s training application: Hired Program Application / Send the completed application to: Career.Pathways@hired.org
2. Eligibility is determined, and participant is notified.
3. Participant completes a program-specific Discovery Information/Assessment session, employment plan, and submits I-9 documentation.
4. Participant is notified about class selection and receives details for the first day of class.
