Community Development Block Grant solicitation open

The Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment Authority is accepting applications for the 2025 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Public Services, Home Rehabilitation Programs, and Infrastructure/Facilities Solicitation for CDBG eligible activities located within the boundaries of suburban Ramsey County.

This solicitation is offered once per year.

Applicants can seek funding for a specific CBDG eligible public service or home rehabilitation program that benefits low-to moderate-income (LMI) residents who are making 80% or less of the area median income (AMI) as determined by HUD. Public infrastructure/facilities projects must be located in a low-to moderate-income area where at least 51% of the residents, per census block group data, are at or below 80% AMI.
