Responsibilities

Position Reports To: Business Manager

Contract Support The contract analyst will review contracts and amendments to ensure alignment with established contracting guidelines. The contract analyst will assist in mitigating risk by alerting leadership to potential concerns. They will also support Contract Administrators (CAs) in the creation of internally drafted contracts and amendments, as well as assist CAs with external contract-related communication as needed.

This is a flexible position with an anticipated workload of approximately five hours per week, depending on need. Contract review should be completed within approximately 24 hours, however flexibility is available when needed to accommodate vacation, school commitments, etc.

Qualifications

Requirements  Experience creating and reviewing contracts in a professional setting  An understanding of business insurance as it relates to contracting  Personal computer with consistent internet access  Ability to work individually and as a team  Ability to adapt quickly and prioritize multiple active projects  Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Additional experience valued or preferred  Law degree from an accredited college or university
