SPCLC members provide a wide range of English language, basic literacy, basic skills, GED prep, Adult Diploma, career pathways, citizenship, and other classes. Class options include in-person, distance learning, and hybrid (in-person and distance learning combined).

SPCLC is a community-based collaborative, building literacy in a collaborative, inclusive, comprehensive manner. Membership includes Comunidades Latinas Unidas en Servicio (CLUES); Change Inc.; Hmong Cultural Center; Hmong American Partnership; International Institute of Minnesota; Literacy Minnesota; MORE; Neighborhood House; Saint Paul Public Schools Adult Basic Education; Vietnamese Social Services of Minnesota; and the Saint Paul Public Library. SPCLC serves adults and their families needing literacy services. All services are free of charge.
