Description
Certified Nursing Assistants (C.N.A.s) - $25.47 per hour + $1.52 per hour in irrevocable 401(k) employer contributions. C.N.A.s are needed for long-term care and rehabilitation units in Luverne, Minnesota. All shifts are offered. There are especially acute needs on day and evening shifts.
Prior experience is NOT required. All nursing assistant backgrounds will be seriously considered, especially long-term care, psychiatry, private duty, and home-health. High integrity and character is a must.

Responsibilities
- Provides hands-on care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding.
- Monitors vital signs, observes and reports changes in residents’ conditions, and supports mobility through safe transfers and ambulation.
- Maintains a clean, safe environment while offering compassionate care that promotes residents’ comfort, dignity, and overall well-being.
