Member Engagement Coordinator (MEC) Role Minnesota Tech for Success is partnering with an organization that has an exciting work-from-home opportunity available for a Member Engagement Coordinator (MEC).

Responsibilities

What You Will Do: 

  •  Contact Medicare/Medicaid members to schedule free in-home or virtual health evaluations 
  •  Make ~50 outbound calls per hour using an auto dialer 
  •  Follow 20+ scripts and meet productivity goals (300–400 daily calls, 24 appts/day) 
  •  Maintain professionalism and accuracy while updating appointments and supporting members
  •  Follow HIPAA and privacy guidelines

Role Highlights: 

  •  Starting Pay: $15/hr + unlimited bi-weekly commission 
  •  Full-time, 40 hours/week 
  •  10 days paid training (Mon–Fri, 8AM–4:30PM CST) 
  •  Call Center Hours: 7AM–7PM

Qualifications

Qualifications: 

  •  1+ year call center OR 2+ years general work experience 
  •  Strong communication, persuasion, and computer skills 
  •  Ability to work a fixed schedule

Work From Home Requirements: 

  •  Verified 10MB+ internet 
  •  Quiet workspace (equipment provided)

You will be required to do a three-day nonpaid training at the Minnesota Tech for Success headquarters
