We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Director to lead the Global Portfolio marketing team within the Food & Beverage Division. The incumbent will drive vision, strategy, business requirements, and roadmap and execution for global product lines.

Responsibilities
Key Deliverables include:
Product Lifecycle and Portfolio Management
Accountable for developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge of its business environment; including preparing a strategic plan with primary focus on financial performance, market share objective, contingency plans, and resource requirements
Develop the vision and strategy of the global product portfolio – long and short-term profitability
Analyze global market conditions, identifying sales opportunities in existing and new markets that strategically align with F&B goals
Position team to capture new market share and achieve sales and OI growth
Develop go-to-market strategy and planning
Monitor product/portfolio and platform performance to ensure ongoing customer and market relevance through engagement sessions with customers and market research.
Pricing & Profitability
Translate product value into margin range expectation and create greater transparency for pricing of products for marketers. Work with regional Marketers to translate margin range into sales price.
Annual review of product pricing and profitability
Talent Management
Develop and lead a high-performing team to deliver value and solutions across the global business. Build a culture of strong engagement, accountability, and high performance.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
Minimum 10 years of marketing experience with strategic product marketing with full product lifecycle expertise, as well as developing short-term and long-term global product roadmaps with successful results.
Knowledge of both Phase Gate Process as well as Agile methodology.
Proven expert in managing multiple stakeholders at all levels of the organization, but specifically at senior management level
Demonstrated experience to build effective, cohesive and collaborative high performing teams. Outstanding coach and mentor to others.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA or Advanced degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to tell compelling stories centered on the customer
Strategic and visionary leader with ability to collaborate with and influence global stakeholders
Experience developing budgets, forecasts, and pricing related to product and digital offerings to support business needs, goals and objectives
