Job Description: The instructor will Provide classroom instruction, evaluate and advise students. Develop and/or revise curriculum. Be compliant with clinical affiliate policies for attending on-site clinical teaching assignments. Participate in department meetings, program advisory committee meetings, and college-wide events. Maintain professional and technical knowledge in the field through active participation in professional development organizations and events. Promote and recruit for program within and outside of the College. Promote diversity and cultural competency.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualification

Master’s Degree in Nursing.

Excellent communication skills.

Ability to work with a variety of people as a team member.

Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Experience with simulation in nursing education Experience teaching in higher education.
