Essential Qualifications:
Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook Ability to handle confidential information with discretion Ability to run errands for office party/meeting supplies as needed Must be local to the Twin Cities area with the ability to report into our Vadnais Heights office 5 days per week All offers of employment for this position are contingent upon the successful completion of a background check which meets company standards.
