Taft is seeking an experienced Trademark Paralegal to join our dynamic team of legal professionals in our Minneapolis office.
We are seeking a paralegal with 7+ years of experience to support the Trademark practice group in our Minneapolis office. All Taft employees operate under a “Client First” philosophy — in all things, we seek to provide exceptional services to our clients.
Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys with all aspects of foreign and domestic trademark portfolio management
U.S. trademark prosecution, including conducting CorSearch preliminary trademark searches, preparing and filing trademark applications, and monitoring application status
WIPO filings
Communicate regularly with clients and foreign associates regarding trademark prosecution and maintenance matters Assist with trademark enforcement efforts, including monitoring trademark infringement activities
Qualifications
Requirements:
At least 7 years of comprehensive US and foreign trademark paralegal experience strongly preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong initiative and problem-solving ability Commitment to facilitating efficient processes and procedures Paralegal certificate/degree preferred Interested candidates should apply here.
