The Office of Financial Services is currently hiring for a Senior Budget Systems Analyst to provide expert level professional data and process analysis to support core organizational functions and processes.

Here’s what you can expect to do:

Acts as a key resource to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Budgeting system users and maintains the lead responsibility for budget system administration. Designs, troubleshoots, determines, and monitors the most efficient system solutions. Works directly with business owners and software vendors to define system strategies, structures, procedures, and technologies to respond to evolving business needs. Provides direction, guidance, and training to staff and partners closely with the City's Budget Division to ensure the work performed is completed appropriately and in a timely manner. Conducts the most complex analysis in support of business cases, proposed projects, and systems requirements with citywide staff. Leads the compilation of reports, diagnoses, documents, and proposes solutions to system issues. Performs other related duties and responsibilities as required. Qualifications

A Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related field; and six years of progressively responsible experience in project administration, business or financial analysis, business process modeling, and customer relationship management.

NOTE: A Master's Degree in Accounting, Economics, Public Administration, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a closely related field, may be substituted for one year of the related experience listed above.

A combination of education and progressively responsible experience in project administration, business or financial analysis, business process modeling, and customer relationship management to equal 10 years or more can be used to qualify for the position.
