Managed by Ebenezer, Zvago is looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our Senior living Cooperative building in Stillwater, MN (114 Brick Street South). Our Maintenance position is responsible for monitoring preventative maintenance programs, repairs building systems and equipment. Maintains work orders. Grounds keeping Monitors and performs basic repairs to HVAC, security, safety, electrical and plumbing equipment. No boiler's license required! • 48 hours every two weeks, Part time schedule, Day shifts • No weekends! Qualifications

Qualifications: • One to three years previous related experience required • Vocation/Technical training preferred • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team • Desire to work with older adults (55+)
