Title: Flexo/Digital Operator I
Reports To: Shift Advisor
Starting Pay: $21/hr. + 12% Shift Differential
Weekend Shift/ Friday - Sunday, 5AM - 5:30PM, (3 days, 12 hrs)

- Summary: This is an entry level Flexo Operator I position. This Flexo Operator I will have limited experience with machines in this Value Stream including, but not limited to flexographic and digital presses. They may have limited technical skills. The position requires the Associate to do minor set up with assistance, run and follow work instructions. They will have a working understanding of the operations for less complex jobs, but full understanding of the safety requirements of presses and other equipment within the Value Stream. This Flexo Operator I position is expected to have a working knowledge of acceptable product quality, processes and procedures. Associate must be able to meet production schedules.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities/Duties include but are not limited to:
Communicate rate deficiencies to management per prescribed procedures.
- Perform quality inspections per Quality Department procedures and Engineering work instructions and document results or as instructed.
- Responsible for accurate entries in the computer time clock system.
- Positively contribute to company's safety, quality and production goals.
- Responsible for reporting to Management any unsafe working conditions.
- Read and understand basic prints.

Qualifications
Training/Education/Experience
High School education or equivalent
- Up to 2 years manufacturing experience preferred; medical manufacturing experience a plus.
- With training, able to understand basic prints.
- Proficient PC skills
