Responsibilities
What’s a typical day as a Contract Recruiter? You’ll be:
• Filling open roles within the organization, ranging from entry-level to management positions
• Collaborating with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies
• Utilizing various sourcing methods to attract and engage qualified candidates
• Conducting interviews, assessing candidate qualifications, and making recommendations for hiring decisions
Qualifications
