Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related. Six (6) to Fifteen (15) years previous experience and licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Minnesota. Experience with Design, Project Management and Construction Administration of Civil/Municipal design projects including streets, utilities and site work. Proficient in preparing feasibility reports, construction plans, project specifications, recommending materials and equipment, and preparing bidding documents and contracts. Demonstrated ability to lead a project team from concept through final design and construction. Previous experience in project scoping, proposal preparation and client service management. Ability to lead, coach and mentor junior level technical and professional staff. Proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Microsoft Office Applications. Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc. Ability to develop new business opportunities and win project work.
