HTPO has a terrific opportunity for an experienced Landscape Architect interested in a part time role of at least 20 hours per week to engage in both landscape design and management responsibilities. HTPO is a small but growing business located in Eden Prairie and manages a diverse portfolio of public and private projects.
In a typical week you may: o Meet with clients and manage projects o Design a conceptual site plan, grading plan, or planting plan o Perform a tree identification survey o Prepare a proposal o Coordinate with leadership/management team o Collaborate with civil engineering, surveying, and construction management departments o Oversee landscape architecture focused work within the company o Attend a networking event and pursue new client relationships

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications: o A minimum of 10 years of experience in landscape architecture including park design, streetscape design, site design, planting plans, and vegetation identification knowledge o Degree in landscape architecture or related field o Professional Licensure in Minnesota for Landscape Architecture o Excellent verbal and written communication skills o Proficient computer skills, including InDesign, Photoshop, AutoCAD and/or MicroStation
Desired Qualifications: o Urban planning background/experience o Project management, department management, and supervising experience o Business development and marketing experience
