Do you have at least one year of financial service branch experience and are ready to move your career in a new challenging direction? SPIRE Credit Union has a great opportunity to join our Member Experience Center (Call Center) helping Members over the phone with their financial needs. This position is responsible for answering incoming telephone calls and electronic messages in a professional manner while ensuring the highest quality of member service. Our Member Experience Center positions are a first call resolution environment that offers a wide variety of responsibilities including processing transactions, researching and resolving member questions and disputes, along with providing technical support for our automated services. This is the perfect position for someone who is motivated to continue learning. Must be able to work Full Time and Saturday rotations. Our Member Service Representative I Member Experience Representative I Member Experience Specialist positions earn a minimum of $21.00 I $23.92 I 25.42 an hour plus quarterly team bonus and Saturday incentives. This position will work out of our Administrative office.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

12 months experience working in a financial institution required (working in a financial services industry call center a plus) Excellent Customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to problem solve and multi-task Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment where change is routine and flexibility is required Ability to work independently while displaying initiative Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism while working under pressure
