Responsible for efficiently cleaning and maintaining pools or spas and providing exceptional customer service.


  • Provide customers delivery of product to customers
  • Provide customers cleaning and general maintenance on all job sites assigned
  • Responsible to learn how to turn pool systems on & off, re-prime pumps
  • Attend all required shift or company meetings
  • Attain proper tools or items needed to complete the job for the day
  • Assist Service Technicians with pool opening and closing jobs
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of company vehicles and tools
  • Effective and proactive communication with team members to solve problems or relay clear information
  • Maintain open communication, effective and cooperative relationships with customers and co-workers
  • Responsible for professional work habits, attire and conduct including: come to work daily on-time, with absences reported promptly, all deadlines met, following employee handbook
  • Work safely with required PPE at all times, following all proper safety procedures
  • All other duties as assigned


Position Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience working around pools preferred
  • Computer skills required for customer ticketing software
  • Must have solid written and oral language skills
  • Competent data entry skills required
  • Excellent attendance is required
