Responsible for assisting Technicians in efficient and timely completion of repairs and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Follow all directions from Service Technician
- Provide general labor and assistance on all job sites assigned
- Attend all required shift or company meetings
- Attain proper tools or items needed from the service truck to complete the job for the day
- At pool opening and closing jobs, perform specific tasks as assigned
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of company vehicles and tools
- Effective and proactive communication with Service Technician to solve problems or relay clear information
- Maintain open communication along with effective and cooperative relationships with customers and co-workers
- Responsible for professional work habits, attire and conduct including: come to work daily on-time, with absences reported promptly, all deadlines met, following employee handbook
- Work safely with required PPE at all times, following all proper safety procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Position Requirements:
- Computer skills required for customer ticketing software
- Must have solid written and oral language skills
- Competent data entry skills required
- Excellent attendance is required
