Delaware North Sportservice is hiring seasonal Premium Supervisors to join our team at Allianz Field in Saint Paul, Minnesota. As a Premium Supervisor, you will ensure all food service and hospitality operations are efficiently carried out while guests receive the highest quality of customer service.
This is a seasonal position that will start in March and end in October.
Minimum pay rate: $17.00 / hour

Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and associates.
- Assist managers in the training and development of the team.
- Be a liaison between the front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure orders are processed accurately.
- Assist in expediting orders from the kitchen to loge guests in a timely manner.
- Inspect by walking through your assigned area to monitor staff and to monitor guest needs.
- Ensure the venue is adequately stocked with all products and supplies needed for service, including pre-event stocking.
- Collaborate with the manager concerning operational deficiencies and areas needing attention.
- Greet guests positively, treating each person as an individual and in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with all departmental and organizational policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 or older.
- One year of Food and Beverage experience is required, supervisory experience preferred.
- Superior organization and guest service skills are required.
- Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and percentages.
- Basic computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheets, and email required.
- Demonstrate skill in dealing with guest complaints, using active listening skills to defuse difficultly and sometimes emotionally charged situations to maintain the guest’s goodwill.
- Ability to problem solve and operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Lead hourly staff in the daily performance of their duties.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for entire length of shift.
- Frequently required to reach up to 6-7 feet, twist at waist, bending and squatting.
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
