Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years previous experience in a computer support role or an associate's degree in Information Technology Ability to install, configure and troubleshoot a variety software and hardware issues Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and identify the cause of the issue as well as a potential resolution Desire and ability to provide professional , courteous and timely end user support Basic networking knowledge Strong proficiency with Windows 10 operating systems Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with Autodesk applications Familiarity with PowerShell scripting Printer, copier and peripheral installation, support and maintenance Familiarity with Azure and or Azure AD Mobile device suppo
