Responsibilities
Position Summary ILAs provide guidance to students in the dormitories to foster positive group living relations, student retention, and achievement in the program.
Main Duties • Ensure a safe living environment and positive atmosphere • Assure accurate accountability of students, maintain records, and report incidents • Direct dorm activities and assist with recreational activities • Perform and assist students with cleaning and maintenance duties • Model appropriate behaviors, mentor students, and monitor both positive and negative behaviors
Qualifications
Candidate Requirements High school diploma or GED, and valid Minnesota driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
