Job Overview Assist Customers in person or over the phone with Will Call orders, new orders or product questions.
Responsibilities
Handle in person or phone customers with orders for doors, frames, hardware Create quotes in MBC for small door/frame customer requests Troubleshoot customer product needs to recommend or sell the appropriate product Process customer payments via cash, check or credit card Pull product for Will Call orders, assist customer with loading Run and review Will Call Open Order report, follow up w/customers for timely order pickup Close and balance cash drawer at end of day Assist with transfers from other TCH warehouse locations Perform product counts to maintain proper inventory levels as directed by Warehouse manager Process customer returns with guidance from Warehouse manager Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Intermediate knowledge of doors, frames and hardware Computer proficiency with the drive to learn new software Basic mechanical aptitude with the desire to increase knowledge of mechanical parts/devices Customer service skills with a focus to provide excellent customer experiences Professional phone skills Multi-tasking capabilities to effectively handle multiple customer / coworker needs at one time Favorable results from a criminal background check
