SEH has an exciting opening available for a full-time Graduate Engineer to join our Civil Engineering team in St Paul, MN! This is a great opportunity to experience the consulting side of the engineering industry, use cutting edge technology, and have a hand in improving your community. As our Civil Engineering Practice continues to grow and expand, we are searching for an individual who wants to be part of a driven team that provides unmatched service to our federal and municipal clients as well as other potential markets in the local area and throughout the state. This is a hybrid position. You can work from home a couple days a week and report into our St. Paul office the other days.
Typical projects may include: roadways, trails, land development, water distribution and sewer collection mains for private, municipal, state, or federal clients.

Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Zero (0) to Four (4) years of experience Previous experience working in civil engineering including: hydraulics, road design, public utility design, road construction and inspection, and survey field experience Must have successfully completed or be scheduled to complete the MN Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam in the next three (3) months Must possess a valid driver’s license and have own means of reliable transportation for occasional day trips Ability to travel as needed for team meetings, client consultations, on-site inspections/visits, etc. Occasional overnight travel will be required Ability to walk and climb over rough terrain and carry up to 40 pounds Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience or training with AutoCAD and Civil 3D, and ArcView GIS Strong public speaking Previous experience with and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills
