Responsibilities
Personally connect with every guest as they enter the store Offer help and provide warmth and assistance to every guest Provide product info; descriptions, ingredients, seasonal/specials Know your products and provide solid/thoughtful recommendations Efficiently prepare espresso drinks according to the Bellecour Bakery standards Enter all beverage and food orders into the POS system Give every person a sincere thank you and farewell Assist with setup, cleanup, stock, and handling of food items Process purchases, returns, and exchanges
Qualifications
Barista and/or retail experience is preferred.
