A Network Analyst is a technology professional who has the necessary skills to plan, implement, and oversee the computer networks that support in-house voice, data, video, and wireless network services.
Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to, creating hardware or software configurations to improve and maintain the functionality of a network system, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and supporting and troubleshooting escalated issues from Network Operations. It is a Network Analysts' responsibility to ensure that connectivity from clients outbound is properly maintained and continuously available.
The Network Analyst training will prepare you to take on Network Projects and escalated issued from network Operations. At the core also lies learning to interact with project managers and take work requests from various stakeholders. Network Analysts are responsible for conducting research to determine what products can help solve customer's issues and proactively improve the infrastructure.
Prerequisites: GED or HS Diploma, typing and transcription test, educational assessments.
